Peter Birmingham’s Qualifications
I have received training in courtroom procedures and in the Civil Procedures Rules, in particular my overriding duty to the Court. I am registered with the Engineering and Technology Board (formerly the Engineering Council), and I am affiliated with the following professional bodies.
- Member of the Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers
- Licentiate of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers
- Member of the International Institute for Risk and Safety Management
- Associate Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
Other qualifications include National Certificates in Occupational Safety and Health, Chemical and Mechanical Engineering. I have carried out forensic examinations and reported on more than 100 civil and criminal legal actions and I have provided a litigation support services for the legal profession and for insurance companies, etc. for more than 20 years.
